    hi @AndyS I had it now for the 2nd time that this happened to me. Once is chance, twice may be something to investigate Take look at this screen shot: [image: 8cbbd6ed-b7d9-4e0f-9d58-1d4fe4af92ee.PNG] It is right after a page brake (20 posts in my settings). Right after the first new post on this page, appears an older one from the previous page IIRC, than I had this twice now, on different devices, (Macbook and iPad)

I do not know what "Ask as question" does! :) It turns a "normal post" to a question that can be marked as solved. This can be useful for example when an old imported topic still gets activity but was marked solved the old way.

    Yup, they're good for me, now, as well. I'm in the US on Verizon home internet service, so I wouldn't expect any... well, anything regarding network restrictions to be in play.

    Many thanks @SGaist, issue solved I connected today to both account (Jira and Qt) and the click on "erstellen" opens the ticket creation mask now. I don't understand what happened yesterday, since i didn't do anything different today in comparison to yesterday... Maybe the night time helped for some background synchronization...

    It looked like I was logged in, but had no permissions. @Stephen-H, that's very similar to what I saw, if not identical. have you tried registering with a custom domain? I believe that might have been the root cause of my issue until a jira admin approved it If, by “custom domain”, you refer to the domain after the local part of an e-mail address, and merely mean an unusual one, I'm utilising @rokejulianlockhart.addy.io, so that's plausible. However, for me, the solution was as that QTWEBSITE bug describes; manually initiate SSO correlation for my Atlassian account at QTJIRA. I don't think I saw a hash identifier anywhere It'd be in a small box in the bottom-right, so although I'll believe you, you might have missed it; I almost did.

    @yuyichao, merging isn't possible, although a JIRA bug exists that requests it. However, all of your issues can be transferred, per qt-project.atlassian.net/browse/QTJIRA-417?focusedCommentId=2599831.

    At my.qt.io/support/request/00785015, I've since asked for this to be remediated for my account. However, because I expect this to recur, I've also filed qt-project.atlassian.net/browse/QTWEBSITE-1261.

    @tekojo, I'm also considering creating a second Qt account, due to qt-project.atlassian.net/browse/QTJIRA-417. However, I want to know whether they can be merged afterward.
