video record tab not enabling in camera example project

Do you get any error message ?
What hardware are you using ?

no im not getting any errors but not able click video tab
8GB Ram 64bit

What camera are you using ?
From a quick look at the code, if the camera doesn't support the CaptureVideo mode then it's disabled.
