Settings to create new projects in QtCreator

How I can get all the settings to create new projects that here?

I have only that

I fixed the problem. I deleted config files for QtCreator.

@Trikrista Strange, should actually work. Can you install Qt/QtCreator using the online installer and see whether it works then? Could be some problems with your distribution packages.
