3dstudio scene annoying behaviour. Help!

I just created this animation with 2 scene, and when each scene started, the animation shows very fastly a start frame of it self.

Hello guys. I just solved the problem and sharing the solution.This is so annoying problem so I am just giving you advice.
when you are defining scenes with animations, before inserting key frames to the time line, without keyframes just set the positions of the object.that's it.
