Qt Creator can not start the CMD nor recover the MSVC environment

I recently noticed that Qt Creator was weird, slow and crashing, until I decided to look at the error window when it starts and I get this:
The environment variables are correct, the visual studio is working properly, the strangest thing is that it started suddenly without explanation, I did not make any changes in the system, since the beginning of the year I'm using it normally, but out of nowhere it started to occur, I can not find any solution for this

Did you install anything new ?
