Problem application manager and neptune-ui example

Hello,
I'm trying to test the neptune-ui with the application manager, following this steps (part "Running Neptune UI without Installing Qt").
But I have this output :

I'm using a VM with ubuntu.

@divdiv Why are you working as root?

@jsulm I'm working as root because if I do not I have this warning : "For the installer to work correctly, the executable needs to be run either as root via sudo or SUID (preferred)".

I'm new in Qt world, maybe I missed something obvious.
