Qt Creator halts at Custom Executable before depolying

I am Using an ARM7 Based CPU (NVIDIA Tegra T20) I have build an Image around QT 5 using Open Embedded Environment ,So i have setup the specified Tool chaing according to the developer's process and everything seems fine.But as I deploy a vaery based (Empty project) then the Qt creator opens up a dialog box after comiling without errors ->Custom Executables

What Am I missing?Can Anyone point out the error.
I am using Toradex T20 Dev Board running Linux 3.1 Kernel
