Assuming that your question is about Design Patterns, Design pattern is concept. Based on your project, case study & use case, you need to decide which design pattern fits for you(structural and run-time). So you can implement all this accordingly any language. With Qt you can have implement using C++. Any tutorial on the net should be able to help you in this.
