Creator: Where are "Refactor" settings?

Feeling a little stupid, but I can't seem to find them anywhere...
I'd like to find the settings where I can adjust refactor behavior (such as where new methods are inserted, etc.), similar to the code style settings.
Didn't find anything in Creator help either...

I can only find the refactor actions there, but not any global settings...

I was looking for refactoring-specific settings, such as where newly created methods are positioned. But it looks like there are no such settings.
