Build frames in GUI Program

i need help to build 4 frames in my projects python.
i upload photo to Illustration.

Hi,

Looks like:

1. four widgets in a QGridLayout
   or
2. four widgets in two QVBoxLayout in inside a QHBoxLayout
   or
3. four widgets in two QHBoxLayout inside a QVBoxLayout.
