PyQt GUI using Qt Designer and creating .py file

Hello everyone,
I am trying to add new option(GT_M) inside a ComboBox in the GUI made by Qt Designer when I save it I can see GT_M in the code generated by Qt designer for GUI which is MainWIndow.ui
For example my GUI name is MainWindow and Qt designer creates MainWindow.ui .
But I want to have GT_M also in the Main.Window.py file . How can I do it? -
