can not download open-source package from China

Hi,
I want to download open-source package from the official website to finish my work today.But unfortunately I fail to make it because the website is always asking me to login again and again even though I have signed in.
Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem?

Offline installers are available here: http://download.qt.io/official_releases/qt/5.9/5.9.1/ maybe that will work for you.

If you want to use the OpenSource version, then there's no need to login. Just skip that part and continue with installation.
