Hello
I've run this (http://blog.qt.io/blog/2017/01/20/qt-speech-text-speech/) example, but I have not heared any sound.
OS Windows 7

You could also use this app to test that SAPI is running as it should

Use the portable version and u dont have to even install it. -

And when I ran this (http://blog.qt.io/blog/2017/01/20/qt-speech-text-speech/) example the Voice name and Language fields were empty.

I got - No text-to-speech plug-ins were found.
But there is QT += widgets texttospeech in .pro file -
@mrjj Hi. Thank you for answer. I ran this app, SAPI5 worked well, but SAPI4 did not work. Is it normal? Which SAPI does Qt Speech use? 4 or 5?

As site says. SAPI4 is dead/dying.
