Qt 5.8 Missing componets in installation

I downloaded "qt-opensource-windows-x86-msvc2015_64-5.8.0"
and installed qt 5.8.0 on windows 10 Home machine. But some components are missing. I expected the installer will download appropriate components for my O.S . But some components are missing.

Are you thinking about Visual Studio itself ?

If so, then it's not missing. Microsoft never authorised anybody else to provide its development environment.

If that's not it, then please be more specific.
