Qt Designer have to make buttons huge to make app look normal. Why?

I have this problem. In creator it is all huge but in window application it is normal, because in designer I had to make it big, so application look better. Why is it like this?
When I run it the buttons in application are maybe 10 times smoller as buttons in the creator. But text in label is the same size.

(I dont have layouts so I did not make it small by resizing it)

Are you working on a HighDPI screen ?

Note that the upload feature is currently broken, you should use an image sharing site to show your images.
