    Hello everybody!
    Can anyone suggest me; what are the basic tools and study material you would suggest me. I Just installed Qt creator 4.2.0 and going through a youtube video tutorial series.
    My objective: GUI design for instrumentation e.g. controlling hardware actuators based on serial rs232/rs422/rs485, usb etc.
    any suggestion as preferable youtube vid series or documentation is welcome.

        @Jor_Leh What does "absolute beginner" mean in this context? Beginner in programming? Beginner in C++? Beginner in Qt?

            Just go through Qt Examples provided and Qt Assistant. Everything is available there.
