Display Android system PIN dialog

Hi all,
I wondering if it is possible to start Android SIM pin code dialog from Application.
I have developed an Android App, which didn't require SIM card to work but some time it does.So I have found how to check if SIM card is PIN locked, but unlocking SIM card can only be done from application which system rights (android.permission.MODIFY_PHONE_STATE).
So my idea was to display the system PIN dialog, but I didn't found which intend I have to call to display this dialog.Any ideas/suggestions?
