Possible to use Qt to build an iOS date erasing app?

I am new to Qt and look for libraries to access the iOS device via computer. My plan is to build a data erasing app to free up space and completely wipe data. Do you any library would work on this?

It would mean it should be able to read and delete data from other apps and normally such
cross overs is forbidden in the mac platform/ closed system.

I think @mrjj is correct. Without root access I don't think any app would be allowed to erase data that didn't belong to it. Apple is very security oriented like that. If you could erase it, you could do anything to it. Which opens the doors for viruses and malware.
