Unusual Code Crash on QT Created Application.

Problem of code crashing when running the QT created application.
The problem is inconsistent and keeps on popping frequently.
OS Used: Windows 7
QT Version : Qt Creator 3.6.1 based on Qt 5.6.0
Compiler: MingW
The Code exits after a random period of time.
