Nothing in Qt Creator

Hi,
I have installed Qt 5 twice and when i start Qt Creator i get only a frame without anything inside.
What to do?

What version of Qt ?
On what OS ?
Which version of Qt Creator ?

Did you already installed Qt Creator before and deactivate e.g. the Welcome plugin ?

Installed from qt-unified-windows-x86-2.0.3-1-online.exe
OS win7 32 bit on a laptop.
Qt Creator 4.1.0 (Community)
In Qt folder are 5.6-folder and 5.7 folder both with msvc2013 and msvc2015 folders. A tools folder with QtCreator and some other folders.

Then did you disable the Welcome plugin at some point in time ?

Never see any Welcome plugin as I remeber!

Right under about Qt Creator and IIRC it should be under the help or ? menu on Windows.

Today QtCreator start up as normal. Yesterday I only get a frame of QtCreator, no menu, no toolbar nothing in the frame.
Now I found The Welcome plugin in plugin manager.
The Welcome plugin is marked as loaded.
So for now everything is OK and I hope it will stay so.
