Failed to create rtpbin in voip example come with QtGstreame library on windows

i compile QtGstreamer library on windows and it work fine now i can run the voip example project when i press start button i get this error
iam using Qt 5.6.1 with Mingw compiler on windows and i get in Application output Failed to create rtpbin

I'd recommend bringing this question to the gstreamer folks since they are the authors of this module.
In any case, what does a run through the debugger tell you ?
