Remove Qt from mobile device (5800 XM)

i am sorry for my bad english
i install Qt component on my mobile device(5800 XM), now i want remove it but when uninstall say "REMOVE FAIL"
how i can remove Qt from my mobile device ?

There are two types of reset Hard reset and soft reset for Nokia devices, Search for code in Google.
