Can I call TCL code from QT code

Can some one point me to example TclpDlopen code from a Qt code

is it possible , I created a shared library as this

1. I try to created shared library and libs.so that linked to libQtCore.so libQtGui.so
2. Created a simple QT application
3. inside the QT application code I call TclpDlopen
