Tab navigation doesnt work correctly with VoiceOver on Mac OS X

Hi,
I tried to run the sample Qt quick application for accessibility with VoiceOver enabled in Mac OS X.
The example "Qt Quick Examples - Accessibility " works with arrow keys, however Tab navigation is not working as intended.I have tried this in Windows with JAWS screen reader and it works as expected.
What can be done on Mac so that Tab navigation works correctly ?
