How to call setEnabled on logging category?

Q_DECLARE_LOGGING_CATEGORY(CAT)
Q_LOGGING_CATEGORY(CAT, "cat")

CAT.setEnabled(QtDebugMsg, false); // error: C2228: left of '.setEnabled' must have class/struct/union

Why not use QLoggingCategorie::setFilterRules ?
