Problem Mainwindow & form & slot ?

Hola que tal los pongo en contexto .
Mi problema es el siguiente . Cuando ejecuto mi Mainwindows.pyw desde consola con el objetivo de abrir un formulario nuevo desde la opcion de menu funcion ok.
Ahora cuando este nuevo formulario le ejecuto un evento o slot ejemplo click en algun boton no realiza ninguna accion y es muy extraño dado que cuando ejecuto este formulario lo ejecuto de forma separada ejemplo:" python3 form_new.pyw " funciona bien sus botones "guardar"
Como lo soluciono paso el link de github para que descargue el proyecto y lo vean esta en españolHello such I put them in context.
