When i try to add QT 5.6.0 MSVC2015-32bit from maintenance tool or online installer i get an error saying it's unable to download the archive:
      http://download.qt.io/online/qtsdkrepository/windows_x86/desktop/qt5_56/qt.56.win32_msvc2015/5.6.0-1qtsvg-Windows-Windows_10-MSVC2015-Windows-Windows_10-X86.7z

If i try to download manually from a browser avast AV raise a warning about a possible infection and block the download detecting it as: Win32:Evo-gen [Susp]

I got the same problem on 3 different pc running Win7, Win10 and WinXP, during the last month, all of them have avast AV.

        Disable Avast and try again

Disabling the AV during the installation allow the maintenance tool to properly install the MSVC2015-32bit package, but as soon as you enable the AV when the installation is done the file:
          C:\Qt\5.6\msvc2015\bin\Qt5Svgd.dll
is detected as a virus and deleted again

I never used Avast but I'm sure you can tell it to ignore some files. Check Avast documentation.

Thank you for your attention, yes i know how to exclude particular files in the av, but i wanted to report this behaviour as i'm not sure if it's avast or qt fault regarding this particular file, could be a false positive, but i have no knowledge to say that.

It is for sure false positive. But you can upload this file to https://www.virustotal.com/ to check it with other AV engines.
I already noticed that Avast is mentioned often in this forum, somehow it doesn't like Qt :-)

Last week i sent a "false positive" report to avast av and now looks like the MSVC2015-32bit package is not blocked anymore
