Display OpenCV Live Cam Feed In Qt

Im new to Qt and have been navigating myself around this awesome thing for a little bit now some things I understand well others not so much hence why I am creating a new topic. I have my OpenCV successfully installed and integrated with Qt, What I am trying to do now is create a live cam feed but am unsuccessful with this what i have done is create an application with a GUI ' Qt widget app' and then adding a GUI file ... I need to display inside the GUI window my live cam feed from OpenCV can someone please help me understand how to successfully integrate this and create my live cam feed in the Qt GUI? thanks in advance for the community support.
