how can i install QtSpeechRecognition on ubuntu ?

how can i install QtSpeechRecognition on ubuntu 15.10
i tried the example http://doc-snapshots.qt.io/qt5-dev/qtspeech-qmlspeech-example.html
and got the following error in qt creator : Project ERROR: Unknown module(s) in QT: speechrecognition
and i have absolutely no idea on how to install that library , i cant find info anywhere about it

You need not clone the QtSpeech model from http://code.qt.io/cgit/qt/qtspeech.git/ and build/install it.

i built it
and when i run it, it says : No text-to-speech plug-ins were found. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and also i can see the .so files after building but how can i add that as a plugin to qtcreator ?
