hellogles3 example on iOS

I try to run the hellogles3 example (QT 5.6) on IOS (Simulator and Device (9.0, 9.1, 9.2, 9.3)). The code compile and the app runs but the screen stays black. I have tested in Debug mode and the PaintGL is called. On Android and Mac the example works fine.
I have other programs with QWindow and OpenGLContext for ES 3.0 and they are working fine. But the OpenGLWindow doesn't work on iOS.
Or is there a trick to get it to show something?
