Mac OS X ships a very old version of openssl. I read some where Qt 5.6 will by default use the Mac OS X ssl libs instead of openssl. Can some one confirm?

      Hi,

It's the Secure Transport backend and yes it should be the default since 5.6.0 following at least the current content of the configure script as well as the Qt 5.5 new feature list document
