Qt Creator Stuck in Full Screen

Hi everyone,
I am new to Qt. I accidentally pressed full screen under the windows menu and cannot exit it. I tried clicking everything, but there are no drop down menus. I tried pressing ctrl+shift+f11 but that does not work either. Some help would be nice, thanks.
P.S. I am running Windows 7

I don't have the shortcut at hand but take a look at Window menu, it should be there.
