QCursor the cursor is not visible in Symbian Belle

I'm trying to create a mouse for a program in Symbian.

try using this code to display a cross cursor:

QApplication::setOverrideCursor(QCursor(Qt::CrossCursor));

but it only works in PC version. in the phone the cursor is invisible.

attempt to insert an image to the cursor

QPixmap pix(":/image/Raton_01.bmp");
pix.setMask(QBitmap(QPixmap(":/image/Raton_01_a.bmp")));
app.setOverrideCursor(QCursor(pix));

but get the error: "QCursor: Cannot create bitmap cursor; invalid bitmap(s)"

I do not know what to do
