QSqlDataBase connect MYSQL server via WLAN

i'm working on a project and i met some trouble.
i use QSqlTableModel and QTableView in my project,and connect to database via WLAN.When i choose table by calling setModel() and select(),it becomes very slowly,sometimes the interface even stuck.But if i connect to database via a switch,it runs well.
Anyone knows how can i solve this problem? -
Hi,
That's not really Qt related. You should benchmark your wireless network to see at what speed you can access your services there.
