Session files not restored

I have a session with 10-12 projects and some files opened. When I close QT Creator and then open it again, choose the session - the session gets opened, the projects are still there but there are no open files.
I recently updated from QT Creator 3.0.0 to 3.5.1 on MacOS. Version 3.0.0 works correctly with session's opened files - when the session is reopened, its files are reopened as well.
It's possible that the open files list is not stored correctly in 3.5.1 - if the session was last used with 3.0.0, closed and then reopened with 3.5.1 - it opens the files as expected. After I close 3.5.1 and open the session in it again - no open files.
