Encrypting SQL connection

Hello guys, I have one little question: is it possible to use QtSsl module with QtSql to provide encrypted connection to remote database? Probably I'll need my custom drivers right?

It doesn't anwser but SSL is no longer secure, I know that it should have been removed from a lot of websites etc...

Since last version, the MySQL backend supports setting up SSL on the connection with CLIENT_SSL
