Is it possible to conver Wordpress website to an Android/ios App?

I have an wordpress website, I would to make an app for it. Is it possible to do with Qt? I thought of doing something with WebView.Can any one tell me an approach to do it? When ever i post an article I would like to push a notification. Thanks -
