Problem with running application

Hello all!
I have problem with running application. When I click run button, in compile output is:
Unable to acquire a device for port ''. It appears to be in use.
Error while building project HelloWorld (target: Urządzenie Symbian)
When executing build step 'Zainstaluj'Qt Creator version: 2.1.0 win7
What is this ?Help !

My guess is that there is some problem with the device drivers. Does windows claim they are all ok? Is ovi suite able to talk to the device? Does a reboot help?
