Polish letter Strange

Hi All,
got very strange problem.
I use polish characters and everything works fine but I can't type ę or Ę character other like ąćńżź i type without any problems.

Does anybody know where is the problem and how I can solve it?

The problem is somewhere else. Even in Qt Creator I'm not able to type those two characters inside search field but It's possible to type them into code editing section. If I copy one of the characters and paste it into application everything works. Strange....

Is it specific to one widget ? e.g. QLineEdit ?

I couln't type Ę or ę i any place in my app.
I solved this issue by upgrading SDK to 5.5
