    Hello all,

I have been trying to compile a program in QT Creator (3.40) and keep getting the following error:

'cl' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
    operable program or batch file.

It seems to be a common problem, but I have been unable to solve it any way I try. I have Visual Studio 12 and 13 (free versions) and the vcvarsall.bat files for both.

So far I have tried the add-on from Qt's Download page, and the method seen here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/17718267/not-able-to-build-qt-program

Also important to note: examples from Qt Creator will not build either. They yield the same error. Thoughts?
