Usblibs for Android App, Permissions issues with QT

• I have written a GUI App with QT for Linux, the App reads a usb device to plot some data.
• I want to use this App also for Android devices, but i think that the libusb cannot have permissions to access the usb bus.
• How can i solve this ?
• How can i made the app to request usb bus permissions from the device/user ?
• If i change the manifest.xml is it possible ?
