Lrelease-qt error

hi,

i have this error when compiling a qt project
make[1]: lrelease-qt4: Command not found
make[1]: *** [../../../qupzilla-master/bin/locale/ar_SA.qm] Error 127
make: *** [sub-src-lib-make_default] Error 2
08:45:54: The process "/usr/bin/make" exited with code 2.
Error while building/deploying project QupZilla (kit: opus a3)
When executing step 'Make'

i search for release-qt4 but i can't find it,should i add it to the project or what,?

What version of Qt are you using ?

AFAIK, lrelease-qt4 comes from one of the Qt package of your distribution

i'm using Qt version 4.8.5.

it seems like this package does not exist.how can i add it? what does it do? Can you help me please
