    Hi,

    When I try to build a qt-creator plugin project created by a custom built qt-creator (Qt Creator 3.3.0, Qt 5.4.0, GCC 4.9.2, 32 bit) I get the following errors:

    C:/Program Files (x86)/mingw-w64/i686-4.9.2-posix-dwarf-rt_v3-rev1/mingw32/bin/../lib/gcc/i686-w64-mingw32/4.9.2/../../../../i686-w64-mingw32/bin/ld.exe: cannot find -lCored
    C:/Program Files (x86)/mingw-w64/i686-4.9.2-posix-dwarf-rt_v3-rev1/mingw32/bin/../lib/gcc/i686-w64-mingw32/4.9.2/../../../../i686-w64-mingw32/bin/ld.exe: cannot find -lAggregationd
    C:/Program Files (x86)/mingw-w64/i686-4.9.2-posix-dwarf-rt_v3-rev1/mingw32/bin/../lib/gcc/i686-w64-mingw32/4.9.2/../../../../i686-w64-mingw32/bin/ld.exe: cannot find -lExtensionSystemd
    C:/Program Files (x86)/mingw-w64/i686-4.9.2-posix-dwarf-rt_v3-rev1/mingw32/bin/../lib/gcc/i686-w64-mingw32/4.9.2/../../../../i686-w64-mingw32/bin/ld.exe: cannot find -lUtilsd
    collect2.exe: error: ld returned 1 exit status

    Do I need to add options to the qt-creator build so these libraries will be built or are these libraries deprecated?

    Thanks

      Hi and welcome to devnet,

      Did you also build Qt Creator in debug mode ?

        I read the README, googled for half an hour and still haven't found how to make a debug mode build of qt-creator. Please help.

          @qmake CONFIG+=debug@

              You're welcome !

              Since you have your debug setup running, please update the thread title prepending [solved] so other forum users may know a solution has been found :)
