Media settings planned to be supported any time soon?

I have effectively made a WebRTC voip call using my web-rtc web client, which is neat! However, I did not find any exposed interface for the media input settings (selecting microphone/web camera), which is for now a critical feature blocker for getting a nice demo from succeeding.. Any idea how to get through to chrome's media settings without rebuilding the whole QtWebEngine?

You should rather ask this question on the interest mailing list or the qtwebengine IRC channel. You'll find there Qt's developers/maintainers (this forum is more user oriented)
