    Hi everyone!

    Im developing on a 32bit Ubuntu machine, I have currently installed Qt 5.3.2 (GCC 4.6.1, 32 bit)
    Qt Creator 3.2.1, which I installed with the .run file.

    Now ive Downloaded the 4.7 version, but I cant find any qmake.exe on it. From QtCreator, to create a new kit I need to point to the QMake.exe file, how do I get this file?

      If I'm not mistaken Qt4 for Linux is a source code only. So you need to build and install it by your self or use Ubuntu packages if they are still available.

          "Install for X11":http://qt-project.org/doc/qt-4.8/install-x11.html which is Linux. Skip step 1.
          "Configure options":http://qt-project.org/doc/qt-4.8/configure-options.html

          Here is how I built it sometime ago
          @
          cd qt-everywhere-opensource-src-4.8.6
          ./configure -prefix $HOME/Qt4.8.6 -opensource -no-qt3support -qt-sql-sqlite -plugin-sql-sqlite -no-webkit -confirm-license
          make
          make install
          @

            One other possibility is to use Ubuntu's provided Qt 4 if it's recent enough
