[solved] Qt Creator, menu with ugly buttons

Hi,
I've already reinstallaled qt creator but every time the menu buttons look like this:

Why? And how do I fix it?

I installed it on Windows 7 but it is installed without any kind of Virtual Machine's

It's:

Qt Creator 3.2.2 (opensource)
Based on Qt 5.3.2 (MSVC 2010, 32 bit)
