I built the Qt5.4 Alpha. I do not see a creator. Just designer etc. Is there a creator in the Alpha release?

Qt Creator is not part of Qt's sources. Note that you don't need to build it in order to use Qt 5.4, just ensure that you use a recent enough version.
Qt Creator can handle several versions of Qt.
