Again, if you are thinking of complete pre-made widgets like that ? No, Qt provides the building blocks for that.

I't completly open, yu can start with QWidget or with a graphicsview. It all depends...
How do you want to interact etc...

Implementing custom widgets is a normal thing in Qt and described in the docs. Or you can also use google.
