Qt/TCL bindings

Does Qt provideTCL binding? If so, where can I find the supporting package for Qt/TCL binding?
As per this link http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_language_bindings_for_Qt_4
qtcl is the Qt/TCL binding. Also, the table says, it is not equivalent for uic (like pyuic for Python). Can someone share the procedure to install qtcl and a simple method to create GUI in TCL with Qt -

The bindings are not provided by the Qt project. You should rather try to contact the libraries authors.
