Developing for Windows Phone 8.x - Windows 8.1 Professional required?

Hi,
can somebody tell me what are the minimal requirements to develop Windows Phone 8 apps with Qt?
I have Windows 8.1 (standard edition) 64-bit and installed visual studio 2012 + windows phone 8 SDK.
QtCreator (from Qt 5.3 for WinRT) compiled my project but on startup I get a message that my PC is missing the
pre-requisites to run Hyper-V:
Windows 8 Professional (64-bit)
Does this mean I need Windows 8 PROFESSIONAL edition and can not start emulator with standard 8.1?

Yes, you need the Windows 8 Professional... as the Microsoft guide indicate as requirements:
